Brief Answer:
Can observe overnight for warning signs

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for your query.
I'm Dr. Shuba Hariprasad and will be answering your query today.

Would you clarify a few things for me, please?
*how did you fall down?
*did the dizziness and vomiting occur after the fall?
*do you have any external injuries like a cut/bleeding or a bump?
*would you describe the hit as a hard hit?
*any headaches or vision disturbances?
*any other medical issues or medications?

I recommend :
-a physician consult just to be sure, however,
-if you don't have any continued vomiting or have just a mild headache, it is OK for you to wait and be observed overnight.
-apply ice pack over the injured area.
This should be done by a friend or relative who can take you to the hospital if needed.

Warning signs (to be informed to the observer as well) :
-repeatedly vomiting
-headache that Increases in intensity and is associated with vomiting. Some times vomiting may provide relief. This too is a warning sign.
-vision disturbances
-inability to walk due to giddiness or dizziness.
-persistent dizziness. (more than 2hrs with rest)
-altered sensorium (drowsiness)
-any numbness or weakness anywhere in the body

#Any of the above, please go to the ER right away. A CT scan of the brain will be required to rule out injury.
# Do not take any pain killers or medications. It may mask the warning signs.
#the observer needs to be awake and wake you every hour and check for arousability(level of consciousness), if you talk nd respond normally /coherently

Hope this helps and you feel better.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with. I hope to hear back from you with the above clarifications.

Wish you good health.
Regards,
Dr. Shuba Hariprasad
