Brief Answer:
These are cluster headaches!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this query.

I have read your information fully. This is the perfect presentation of cluster headaches. Unfortunately, there is no one drug that can conveniently put this behind you. Int usually last for a few weeks and goes for several months before returning. I will suggest you go to the hospital only if the headaches are severe. If you can tolerate, then continue with advil. If they become more frequent, at that time i will recommend verapamil for preventative purposes.

In all, cluster headaches. Normally runs its course. Treatment only in severe cases. Prevention is frequent episodes.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
