What Do Body Ache, Frequent Urination, Cold Hands, Fatigue And Moodiness Indicate?

Question: Hello,
Recently I've been craving ice more than usual but I have always had the urge to chew it for the past two years, I got some sort of whole body ache where I couldn't really do anything because my body would hurt everywhere, especially my abdominal and head area. These days I've been having to urinate more than before, I used to have to once or twice a day now maybe 6 times a day, twice in an hour too. My menstrual cycle is every 2/3 weeks. And I get very cold easily especially my hands and my feet, they would get blue sometimes and my coldness wouldn't feel like getting cold but a drainage of energy. I am tired all the time and my mood is a rollercoaster. Sometimes I can't even force myself to open my eyes. A year ago I went to the doctor for sever coughs which persisted for 3 months straight. During this time every thing I ate I would throw up because my coughing would irritate my stomach I think and my coughs would arise from the slightest of cold airs. I had to breathe through scarfs in order to get warm air for 3 months straight and when the rainy season passed I got better and stopped throwing up my food and bile. I am just listing all these random symptoms because they don't seem right to me.

Brief Answer:
Get blood work up done

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I find most of your symptoms as common but not normal for an individual with infection and physiological changes due to weather. Viral sickness takes a toll on human body when the weather changes from cold to rainy and vice versa.
The menstruals are too frequent however. This could be part of prolonged sickness as well.
I suggest you to see a doctor for physical examination and blood work up. It helps whether you have a temporary problem that can be managed or something that persists and need behavioural changes.
It determines the cause and possible treatment plans.
