Brief Answer:
Need more information.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to health care magic,

Black out for a few seconds after getting up from the bed could be normal finding or in some case needs to be evaluated further if it remains persistent.

The probable reasons for this symptoms could be low blood pressure or low supply to the brain at that moment ,So it should be found out on clinical examination by a Doctor and certain tests like color doppler studies of the neck arteries, affection of the balance apparatus inside the ear due to some sort of infection or inflammation.

But before that i would like to some more information,

Do you have headache or dizziness after waking up recently?
Do you feel any breathing difficulty during the time?
Are obese or having normal weight?

Kindly get back to me with this answers.

Brief Answer:
See some local physician.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for the quick follow-up.

It could be either due to orthostatic hypotension or vasovagal or dehydration but should be evaluated by clinical examination and some relevant tests.

So,you should see a doctor at the earliest and get evaluated further. I will suggest you undergo routine blood count, ESR, blood electrolytes (especially sodium, potassium), tests for vestibular (balance) system like electronystagmography or rotation tests.

Your local physician or GP will know about the test. He/she will can order the test after complete history and thoroughly clinical examination like temperature, pulse, blood pressure which will enable us to arrive a diagnosis.

Meanwhile you can do this things,

1) Maintain proper hydration and electrolyte balance by taking proper fluid intake throughout the day.

2) Try to sleep early in the night and have a good sleep in the night for at least 6 to 8 hours.

3) Always wait for 4 to 5 minutes before standing or getting up from the bed means never change the posture so suddenly.

Hope this will help.
