Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Yes, I can understand your concern

According to the chest X-ray result findings, your lungs are slightly overflowed with a little liquid and especially in their sponges part. It is a sign that shows that probably your arterial blood pressure has been recently high.

Usually, this situation needs diuretics (water-pill) treatment. And after some days a chest X-Ray should be repeated. If you are breathlessness and with a cough, you should need medical attention. If not and you feel ok then it can wait until you come back from the vacation.

Hope to have been helpful

Regards and feel free to ask me again.
