Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Its sinus rhythm, left axis deviation with right bundle branch block with left anterior fascicular block (RBBB PLUS LAFB).
Again these can be age related or hypertension induced changes. But, possibility of coronary has to be ruled out in this patient. So he needs echocardiography followed by stress test like stress thallium or TMT.
