Brief Answer:
It means deranged liver functions.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for consulting HCM , your trust in HCM means a lot to me as a Physician.

I have completely reviewed your health query, and well realize all those concerns. Being your physician, I will take care all of them today and will extend my expertise to solve the problems.

Higher than normal values of AST and ALT means there is some issue with liver and due to that these readings change. It can be viral hepatitis, due to alcohol, due to some medication use and several other causes.

Are you taking some medications??? If yes, name all.
Are you been screened for hepatitis B and C?? If yes, what was the result.
Are you a regular drinker?? Smoker??

Glucose of 33 doesn't make any co-relations without units of measurement. Can you please upload the picture of the lab report for better analysis and expert help.

Hope I answered all of your queries. Let me know if you have further clinical concerns or doubts. I will be more than happy to get back to you.
