Brief Answer:
Eating with unwashed hands does not transmit HIV infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

Eating with unwashed hands leads to transmission of bacteria and viruses like E.coli, Vibrio cholerae, salmonella, Shigella, hepatitis etc.
Most of these bacteria and viruses cause gastrointestinal tract infections.
However, HIV is not known to transmit by this route.
HIV is transmitted by transfusion of infected blood, by sexual route and by needle pricks.
Eating with unwashed hands does not lead to transmission of HIV infection.

Thanks and take care

Brief Answer:
Clinical examination required

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
Yes, you should visit your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment.
Growling of stomach and altered sensations on body have to be investigated.
Growling of stomach can be due to indigestion and spasms of stomach muscles.
Pins and needles on body suggest a nerve related disorder which has to be investigated.
The swollen glands that you have mentioned could be swelling or they could be any other soft tissue swelling.
You need to get the area examined by your doctor.

Thus, consult your primary healthcare provider.

Thanks and take care

Brief Answer:
Swelling in front of left ear

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
A swelling is evident before left ear or in the left pre-auricular region.
This swelling could be due to salivary gland swelling or lymph node enlargement.
