You can initially try for 10 kg and then you can achieve 20 kg also

Foods that will help you are as follows: XXXXXXX leafy vegetables, salads, fruits.

Avoid coffee, chicken, mutton, oily food, chocolate, ice creams

Do regular exercises which will help you reduce weight?

Check your thyroid function tests, diabetes and blood cholesterol level. If these problems are found, you can be treated and it will help you reduce weight further.
