Brief Answer:
This looks very likely to be Yeast Infection.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

This looks very much like you have got a yeast infection. Thick discharge , which is whitish , curdy and clumsy and causes irritation and burning is a tell tale of vaginal yeast infection which is a common problems in females. If your test is negative we need to reconsider it. In fact diagnosis of vaginal yeast infection more depends on history of patient and then local vaginal examination.

Tests are not even done if the picture is clear one. However a negative test does not rule out yeast infection as many times the tests may be falsely negative. So it looks to me like yeast Infection which may be sometimes chronic .So if you can talk to your gynecologist for re assessment .Or if that is not possible you can try fluconazole topical cream or pessaries (tablets used locally in the vagina) .This most of the times help these doses. Sometimes a single tablet of 150 mg of fluconazole.

Regarding dryness of vagina, This may be related to the infection. But more commonly it is causes by low level of estrogen like with menopause (time when menses stops in females) generally at age round about 45 years or more. If it's the case (you did not mention your age unfortunately) topical estrogen cream may help this a lot.
Let me know if things look different to you.

Hopes I have answered your question. Please don't hesitate to ask anything else you need to know. I will be glad to answer your questions.
Regards,
Dr. Rahman
