Brief Answer:
Possibly you have a fungal infection. Kindly upload images

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Perhaps you have a fungal infection. Do you have any symptoms like itching? How is the weather like at your place? Fungal infection is usually itchy and affects body folds like groin, axilla etc. Fungal infections are more common in hot and humid weather conditions. Sweat, warmth, humidity etc are factors that favor growth of the fungus. Over the counter topical antifungals e.g., clotrimazole 1% cream or miconazole nitrate 2% cream can be tried.

However, I would first request you to kindly upload a few images of the affected area in "Reports Section " so that I am able to have a look.

I would be happy to assist you further once I get the images.
Thank you.
