Please give some additional information for me to assist you better:
* Please post clear and focused photos of the area.
* Are the veins or whatever you are feeling in the center of knee or at the lateral parts that is away from center?
* Are these painful or tender?
* Are these present on both sides?
* Do these become stronger or vanish/ not palpable on standing?
Any other information please.

lateral parts away from the center. Like veins on both side of the under side of the knee on both knees. the pain is noticeable and unusual. Could be pain in the future if that makes sense.. When standing less noticeable but still there.

actually when standing is just the same standing for a longer period of time becomes more noticeable, not heavy on the pain side just noticeable.

I believe i sent over pics.

Brief Answer:
As discussed in details below.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

The most probable cause I can think about as per your feedback are as follows:
* These can be inflamed tendons of the muscles of the thigh that cross the knee joints to get inserted into the tibia.
* Another possibility is varicose veins.

This can be confirmed by the following:
- Clinical examination by a Doctor.
- Ultrasonography and color doppler examination if varicose veins are suspected.
- Relevant tests of blood.
This will give the best possible diagnosis and a plan of management if and as required.

I hope this answer helps you. Please feel free to give feedback of clinical examination and investigations if needed and ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
