Question: I am recovering from a suspected food infection. First day I had Nausea and later got mild fevers. Now both stopped. Still feel tiredness, loss of appetite, and bloating in stomach. Motion is normal. Any suggestions to improve? Food etc.

Brief Answer:
Mostly its healing

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Mostly its in the recovery phase. It will take a few days to completely heal. If it does not recover by itself then get tested for typhoid by getting a typhidot test done and take Syrup Sucralfate 1 tsp 2 times a day for 2-3 days.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
