Brief Answer:
Exact concern

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I did not understand your exact concern. Your description is self explanatory that you are taking medicines that cause constipation. Hence you have very small thin stools. To counter that you have fiber, probiotics and liquids which is good. What drugs do you take?

Is that even with these measures you do not have large stools, is it the concern? If the side effects of medication is constipation, it has to be stopped to get back the bowel movement. Any other measure would not help it. I know it is difficult as you suffer from IBS.

I suggest to add Ispaghula husk to your medicine list at night.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Address anxiety first

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

At this moment, I suggest to address anxiety first with the help of counselor and medicines. You should forget the trivial things like string like stools which may not be complex. Remember your major illness are ruled out esp colon cancer and lung cancer. So you should erase them from the mind. If you carry them such thoughts creep in about thin and small stools. They may be or may not because of medications. They seem to be trivial to me when compared to anxiety and depression. If you address these you do not find the stool thing to be important.

Hope I have answered your query.
