Brief Answer:
Oral and topical antibiotics

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Seems like a skin and soft tissue infection. I suggest you to take an oral antibiotic e.g. either Amoxicillin or Cephalexin 500mg, thrice daily for a week. In addition I suggest you to apply a topical antibiotic e.g. either Neosporin ointment or Mupirocin 2 %ointment, twice daily for a week.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Bacterial skin infection

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Yes, certainly skin infection is more common if you sweat more. Yes you can use naseptin cream, twice daily, however, if it doesn't work then I would suggest you to then take an oral antibiotic.
