Brief Answer:
It can be low calcium and vitamin B 12

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have read your case and I think you are having nerve problem. It can be due to following cause.
1.Serum B 12 deficiency
2. Calcium deficiency
These two deficiency can make your nerves weak and cause such problem. Other cause can be nerve compression in spine. So I would suggest you following est.
1.Serum calcium and B 12 estimation
2.MRI of the spine
After these two test we can confirm cause of these sensations. In my patients with similar complains I sugest following.
Tablet Metylcobal and Pregabalin daily
tablet calcium and vitamin D daily
If there is disc herniation in MRI then you have to try back muscle exercises. You can share your MRI report with me. I will try my best to help you.
Thanks
