Brief Answer:
No reason for panic.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Judging by your description I do not think there is any particular reason for panic. Those symptoms are very common. May be due to several reasons most common being low blood pressure. It may be related to the profound relaxation with dilation of blood vessels in your skin and muscle with pooling of the blood there. When that happens at times when you get up from supine to standing the body may not respond in time to increase circulation to adapt and there may be an interval of low blood pressure with dizziness and pressure feeling.
The only thing I would suggest for it would be to drink plenty of water. It should be transitory, if the pressure feeling is too bothering an over the counter pain killer like Ibuprofen may be used.

If you have any additional symptom you need to discuss do not hesitate to write again.
