Question: To The Doctor That This May Concern,

Hello,

To make a long story short, I had an accident in my bathroom, which involved myself slipping and landing ass-first on the stick end of the loofah, piercing my rectum. Luckily, I did not sustain any particular injury or hemorrhoid. Or so I thought. It has been a few weeks, and I began to feel this burning sensation and now I have this whatever it is. You think you can help me determine what this is and what I can do, doc?

Brief Answer:
Proctoscopic examination to be done.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

A fissure is a break or tear in the skin of the anal canal.
in easy language it means that there is breech in mucosa of the rectum,
Rectum is lined with a layer of mucous membrane. Most likely trauma has resulted into the breech of the rectal canal mucosa.
Suggestion-
Proctoscopic examination of rectal canal to be done by a MD to rule out mucosal breech and get treatment as per the findings.
Salts like trypsin and chymotrypsin would be used along with antibiotic and anti inflammatory for healing.
Regards.
