What Could Be The Reason For Passing Out While Dealing With Severe Vomiting And Diarrhea?
Question: I had an incident this morning where I started to get a funny feeling, turn pale and then passed out fell to the floor and vomited. I awoke pretty quickly. I think I have food poisoning, since I ended up vomiting a lot and had diarrhea. Just wondering why I passed out. I also have a small bump on my forehead so i think I landed on my head, fell to the floor from the toilet seat. I don't have a headache but I am on aspirin and have type 2 diabetes. My glucose was 111 at that time

Aspirin and antidiabetic medications should be continued as usual.
