Question: I have really bad pain in the middle of my right side, it hurts when I lift my right leg and I get chills from the pain, what could it be?

Any strained muscle when stretched gives severe pain. I advice you to follow the below mentioned guidelines - * Give adequate rest to the involved muscle group and avoid any movement that causes pain * Moist heat application to relax the muscles * Local application of muscle relaxant gel * Take anti-inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen to reduce pain and inflammation.
