These may be two separate conditions but also may be associated.
First thing to rule out is Prostatitis and STD especially if you had recent intercourse. So you're should undergo prostate ultrasound and urine analysis and STD tests.
Body ache may be sign of uroinfection as well, as we see in pyelonephritis. So I think that these tests are necessary and that antibiotics should be started as soon as possible.
