Detailed Answer:
Hi..

As per your complain in case if you have decay in your teeth then the treatment of the teeth by getting the decay removed and getting the teeth filled will help..

Yellowness of teeth is due to deposits of plaque and tartar over the teeth and when they get tightly attached to teeth causing staining then they are not removed with toothbrush..

I would also like to know a few more details so that I can guide properly towards treatment.
1.Is there pain always present in the decayed teeth and do you have sensitivity to hot and cold?
2. Do you have yellowness of teeth since childhood or have happened recently?

Waiting for details..

Regards..

Hi..
Welcome back..

As per your answers it seems that the decay is deep, and you should first consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and an x ray has to be done to rule out the severity of decay..

In case if decay has reached the nerves present deep in central portion of tooth then Root Canal Treatment has to be done..
In case if decay has not reached nerves then simply tooth coloured filling will be done..

For yellow teeth get Scaling and polishing done..

Write back for further queries..

Regards..
