What Causes Whole Body Itching And Redness?
Question: In hot weather my skin will start itching and in wil bel red swollen,after two hours it will stop itching and the red swell will disappear

According to your complaints you seem to have heat or sun allergy.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply sunscreen lotion on the entire exposed areas during day time along with antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg once daily at bedtime for 2-3 weeks.
