White tissue like strings in urine you mentioned could be a discharge pus and indicates a urinary tract infection.Dehydration and less fluids intake make the odds more likely.Get a simple work up for Uti suspicion like urinalysis, Gram staining, and urine culture and see what comes up. Once proved a Uti a simple prescription of antibiotics and some modification would suffice.
One other suspicion of white urine needs assessment of urinary proteins to rule out albumin/ Albumin in urine which which need a complete clinical correlation to renal function to sort it out.
Get to ER an let them decide what is best for you.
