Question: Hi, my name is XXXX and I'm 23 years old and I'm from XXXXXXX Doctor, sometimes my sperm releases during night, so is it good or bad? How to stop it? And also I got white patches on the body at initial stage, so what is the treatment for that? Will it cure very quickly? What kind of food should I take? Please tell me the strong steps to cure White patches very quickly. Anyhow I need my original skin back soon.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are facing problem of night emission and have white patches all over the body.

It is very common to get night emission at the age of adolescence and nothing to be worried about it .It will get resolved with passage of time and no treatment is needed.

As regards the presence of white patches over body it could be Leukoderma. If you upload images it will be helpful.
