Question: Hi dr XXXXXXX me again for a couple of days I've had like a pin prick every now and again in right side to front lower abdomin then yesterday pin prick is in left side to front lower abdomin and urine has very small white flakey bits floating in it first I thought blooming stone again but it's only December gone since litho and the pin prick changed to the left and I think u said stone can't move sides thanks

The white flaky bits is likely to be a remnant of a fragmented stone on Right side that has passed now .

The pin prick sensation that you have on left side could be due to a very small stone on left side which could have developed very recently .

Please get your routine urine test and Ultrasound Scanning of the abdomen done to confirm the diagnosis.

Ensure to drink more water.
