What Causes White Chunky Urethral Discharge?
Question: I just went to the bathroom both one and two and had 3 big white chunks in the toilet I know it will sound weird but they reminded me of hominey to give you a sense of size. What could it be?

I'm not having a uti or urinary tract symptoms or pain. I have been struggling with hemorrhoids and a lot of straining with bowel movements. Also I have ibs and am very irregular
Also on Tuesday my gut was really upset and I went to the bathroom 6 times that day. I don't know what's going on. I'm taking amitryptiline for the ibs and it works pretty well

white chunks was mucus only which through anus while straining at stool
irregular bowel habits are common feature of IBS
please continue amytripline and add dietary fibers in diet to regularisation of bowel habit
have plenty of fluids
avoid stress as much you can
