Question: I am XXXX now29 week pregnant in my 26 week ultrasound my baby is breech and had nuchalcord iam worry is it danger

Position may be changed but chances are less.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your follow up question on HCM.
Upto 28 weeks, chances of change in cephalic presentation from breech are high.
But after 28 weeks chances are decreasing.
After 32 weeks chances are only 3-4 %. So, in my opinion, you will end up in breech presentation.
For Breech baby, caesarean section should be considered.
So no need to worry much for breech presentation. Get done ultrasound at 32 weeks to know exactly.
If it is breech then discuss for caesarean section.
