Brief Answer:
Diet pills are not safe.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Weight loss in elderly individuals with lack of proper ability to work out or exercise regularly could be achieved to a certain extent with a low fat and a low carbohydrate diet. The diet pills can cause nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, headache, weakness, constipation or diarrhoea as well. These are not a safe option for you. Rebound weight gain after stopping the pills is also very common.
I hope this answers your query.
