Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

A lower respiratory tract infection appears to be the likely cause for which you completed a course of antibiotics. If despite completion of the antibiotics, you are experiencing fever and shaking chills then clearly the infection hasn't been covered. The weakness and dizziness can be related to side effects of the drugs or anemia. Blood counts and ESR can be advised. Broad spectrum antibiotics covering atypical organism can be advised. If you are afebrill then there is no need to repeat antibiotics and the steroids can also be tapered.
