Brief Answer:
Have you eate? What is your blood sugar and blood pressure?

Detailed Answer:
HI and thanks so much for this query.

The first questions that come to mind are whether your blood sugars and pressure are normal. Low values are the most common causes of these symptoms you have reported. This is even more likely if you are currently taking medications for diabetes or high blood pressure. At this time, I will suggest that you control these values. If you cannot right away, go ahead and have a good meal and a good glass of water. This should help if either is a cause of your symptoms. Also, get rest and avoid walking as you may fall easily.

If these fail, I will suggest you consider getting evaluated and more so if these symptoms have been occurring more often than usual or you have never had them before.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
