Brief Answer:
Underlying problem discussed.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query. Your problem has two parts. The first is the eyes feeling tired and the second is the wateriness. The constant staring at a particular distance (the TV in this case) makes the eye muscles tired and the solution lies in taking the eyes off the TV and focussing at a different distance from time to time. The second part involves the watering of the eyes. Actually prolongation of the open state of the eyes leads to dryness. The excess watering is to counter the dryness. The tears drain from the inner angle of the eye. Blockage in the drainage could lead to wateriness of the eyes. Gentle stoking from the inner angle of the eyes down to the ala of the nose on the respective side should help in opening of the ducts and should solve the problem.

Hope that helps.
