Brief Answer:
Abscess can be the reason of your symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

When you take an antibiotic and perform CBC day or two after it, WBC (leukocytes) which were high, become low. That is how antibiotic works.
Same thing with an urine. You never should have urine analysis done when during antibiotic therapy as the result can be false negative indeed.

Sweating is usually a sign of infection. Mostly abscess gives such symptoms.
As you have had knee surgery, hematoma in the surgery area was more than possible. Hematoma usually turns into an abscess.
That is why, it is good to have at least knee ultrasound done. CBC and urine analysis should be repeated 7 days after last antibiotic dosage. It seems to be a good time to have it done right now.

Hope this helps. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
