Brief Answer:
It's normal

Detailed Answer:
hi,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic. Can understand your concern.

3 vomiting in 2 months period is normal for a two month baby. Actually, child keeps extra milk in mouth which results in vomiting. Around 10 percent of milk can be vomited.

If burping is not done regularly after feeding then also vomiting can occur.

Give exclusive breastfeeding to child for 6 months, don't give anything other than breast milk till 6 months of age.

I hope this helps.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Seems normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome once again.

Yellow colour vomiting is also normal. It suggests that gastric acid also coming with milk in vomitus. Occasional vomiting is normal and don't need any intervention.

If vomiting is black or brown in colour, if there is persistent vomiting or decrease in weight gain then child should be examined by a doctor.

Take care.

Brief Answer:
Domstal will be better

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Domstal will be better than Perinorm due to pharmacokinetic effect. Give it in dose recommended by the doctor for two days.

Episode of vomiting decreases as child grows. Don't worry this is a normal thing in children.

If there is persistent vomiting, loose stools, fever and decreased activity then child should be examined by a doctor.

Take care.

Brief Answer:
Give Neopeptine drops

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome once again.

Neopeptine drops are for digestion and it helps in improving digestion process so it can be given.

Ferronia xt drops contains iron, it is given only when iron levels in child are low, your baby's weight is appropriate for age so no need to give iron drops.

I could not find wow drops composition, i suggest you to upload picture of content of wow drops bottle which has all the contents written on label. I need that to advise you in a proper way.

Weight of child doubles at 6 month of age and tripples at 1 year of age. So, according to that your child weight should be around 4 kg.

The supplements are required only when weight of child is less for age.

I suggest you to revert back with exact weight of child and exact age of child. It will be helpful.

Take care.

Brief Answer:
Can give wow drops

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again.

I have seen the picture that you have sent. Wow drops is multivitamin drops and it can be safely given till 1 year of age.

Neopeptine drops is for digestive purpose and used for 5 days when in acute condition. No need to continue it for long time.

Gastica drops is for pain abdomen and can be used during pain abdomen. Pain abdomen in child usually presents as crying. So, in case of crying, Gastica drops can be used.

Take care.

Hello doctor, thank you for prompt reply...How about weight how much weight he should gain per month...
doctor
Answered by Dr. Deepak Patel (3 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Around 30 gm per day

Detailed Answer:
hi,

Weight gain is dependent on birth weight. It doubles at 6 months of age and tripples at 1 year of age. Weight gain is more in early months after which weight gain is less but length increases.

At 2 months of age child usually gain 30 gm per day but this is an average and not an absolute value that child should gain 30 gm per day. It is measured after 1 month and then it is divided by 30 days to get the average weight gain.

Take care.
