Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
I don't think that which happened one month ago could cause vomiting now.
Probably a new viral infection or food poisoning.
I usually prescribe ondansetron syrup around 5 ml before food to control vomiting.
However if symptoms persist or he gets any other symptoms like fever it is better to consult with your pediatrician.
Encourage him to drink plenty of liquids to keep him hydrated.
Wishing your son good health
And speedy recovery.

Brief Answer:
not required

Detailed Answer:
Blood tests are not required.
There is no test for viral infection.
Most common cause is viral or food poisoning ( not one month before)
If vomiting persists consult your doctor to rule out dehydration.
