Question: My 9 year old son has been vomiting once or twice in the morning once a week for over a month. He has no other symptoms.

You need not worry - unless there's dehydration

Detailed Answer:
Hi....Unless the kid's having low urine output or very dull or excessively sleepy or blood in motion or green bilious vomiting...you need not worry.

It could a well be a mild form of gastritis. It might settle on its own.

A mild form of gastroesophageal reflux can cause this too. But as of now it doesn't warrant any medications.
