What Causes Vomiting Of Clotted Blood?

Question: my aunt is bringing up clotted blood whenever she tries sweets or anything with sugar. It started recently, and doctors could not figure out what the problem is.
She also feels very tired.

Clotted blood in vomiting is a serious symptom and needs thorough evaluation. She needs an upper GI endoscopy and blood work including blood clotting parameters at the least. There is no medical condition where only sugar should cause blood vomiting and not other food. May be its a coincidence or just that sugar is inducing the nausea which causes her to throw up. But the bleeding itself is not caused by sugar.

endoscopy was done - showed nothing.

I have asked her to do the blood work including blood clotting parameters.
