Brief Answer:
fluid/ electrolyte replacement, probiotics, hold off solids, paracetamol

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

These symptoms are most commonly caused by a viral illness that tends to resolve on its own.

She should only be given solid food if there is a 4 hour window with no vomiting or nausea.
Once this 4 hours has passed then she can be given solid food to eat. This should be dry foods like biscuits, bread or banana.

If this is tolerated, then foods can be varied

In the mean time (while awaiting the 4 hours?), fluids are most important to help replace those that she is losing, making sure that she does not become dehydrated.

Oral rehydration fluids or pedialyte would be best since they give back both fluids and electrolytes.
Small amounts should be used, if she drinks too much as a time, she would likely vomit, so she should sip, wait a few mins then sip again

If tolerated, the amount can be increased.

Paracetamol/tylenol can be given for fever

Probiotics sometimes help this gastro viruses to resolve faster

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
