Brief Answer:
Suggestive of irritation or infection of Gastrointestinal tract

Detailed Answer:
Dear S XXXXXXX XXXXXXX

Thanks for your query.

A. Dologel is an analgesic and antiseptic gel, which provides symptomatic relief from mouth ulcers. It has negligible systemic effects. So, the symptoms like vomiting, etc. cannot be attributed to application of Dologel.
Intake of Pantoperazole + Domperidone preparations (to be taken 30 min before food) will provide symptomatic relief.

B. Since there is history of eating outside food, the episode of vomiting can be due to irritation or infection of Gastrointestinal tract. The sensation of drowsiness & lack of appetite is due to fluid & electrolyte imbalance in the body. Administration of ORS will be helpful in replenishing the same.

C. Due consideration should also be given to the fact that stomach upset is commonly related to mouth ulcers. Use of fiber rich foods, multivitamin & mineral supplements (like Vitamin C, zinc, etc.) and Probiotics are helpful under such circumstances.

If symptoms still persist, it will be better to consult her Doctor/ Gastroenterologist for a proper clinical examination.

There is no need to worry, your daughter will be fine.
Wishing her a good health.
Take care.
