Brief Answer:
Possibly gastritis. Pantoprazole with domperidone should help

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Due to difficulty in chewing and mastication, she is unable to take much of solid food.
2. Go for semi solid food, fruit juice, etc.
3. She might be vomiting due to gastritis. Hope there is no greenish tinge in vomit.
4. Tab Omeprazole along with domperidone should be helpful for controlling gastritis and vomiting. Avoid salty or spicy diet. Omeprazole or pantoprazole with domperidone twice daily, half an hour before food should help.
5. If vomiting persists even after this, Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy will be necessary.

Do start on medication and if there are any further questions, do get back to me.

Regards,

Dr. Prakash HM
