Question: Hi my name is XXXX , For the past week i have been throwing up every morning a very acid yellow substance.
About an hour after i throw up i start to fell ok then i go on with the rest of my day. in the evening after diner an hour or so i fell nausea again. I'm starting to get anxiety about this if it will ever end.

Based on your symptoms, it is likely due to acid reflux. This causes worse symptoms in the morning or late evening.

It can cause nausea, vomiting, acid taste in the mouth, burning pain in the chest, bloating, cough.
Not all of these symptoms may occur.

Lifestyle changes and medication would help.

Lifestyle changes are mainly related to diet and include: (1) small frequent meals instead of large meals

The smaller meals would cause less acid to be released

(2)reduce the use of spicy/acidic/fatty or fried foods

(3)reduce caffeine, chocolate, onions,mint , tomatoes

(4)wait at least 2 hours after eating before laying down

Medications such as prilosec, prevacid, protonix, nexium may also help
