Brief answer...you should be all right in next 5-7 days
Detailed answer.......
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
Reason  for loss of your voice is infection and swelling of vocal cords.
Once the infection gets cleared, your voice would become normal in next 5-7 days.
Since you have already taken antibiotics and other medicines for 5 days, you won't need any more of them.
What steps to be taken now...
Do warm saline gargles twice a day.
Avoid talking and if necessary, talk quietly which would give rest to your vocal cords.
Avoid clearing your throat.
If your nose is blocked and if you need to clear it then you should blow it and not take inside.
Use saline nasal spray if your nose is blocked.
I hope it helps however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
