Brief Answer:
Probably bowel movements

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
this is a very strange symptom. It is probably caused by bowel movements. You haven't provided any more details but such symptoms are usually accompanied by a feeling of excessive gas, like if you wanted to pass gas. No other organ I can imagine could cause such a symptom. Do you have a history of irritable bowel syndrome? Did you eat too much fiber?
Since you are active and healthy as you mentioned, you shouldn't worry too much about it unless it becomes really persistent. If it does, then you'd better check it with your doctor you can assess the symptom the instant you feel it. This is the best way to really reveal its nature.
I hope I've addressed your concerns!
If you need further clarifications, please let me know!
Kind Regards!
