What Causes Vibrating Sensation In Body While Sleping After Drinking?

Question: i wake up about five hours after laying down to bed at night every time i drink alcohol with a uncomfortable vibrating sensation in my upper body . it seems it does not happen when i sleep sitting upright, i found this to be true when i went away for a weekend and drank more than i usually do, slept upright in the front of my truck and just had a normal hangover no vibrating.
