Brief Answer:
Blocked eustachian tube may be responsible for your symptom

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
Since when you are experiencing dizziness?
Is there any ear related problem in the past?

Sinusitis can also be responsible for causing vertigo. It is usually due to blocked eustachian tube.

I would suggest you to drink plenty of water especially warm water. Salt warm water gargling three to four times a day. Steam inhalation with few drops of eucalyptus oil in it 3 to 4 times day. Nasal decongestant like octrivin will be beneficial.

Other possibility, I feel it might be BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo), it is the commonest type of peripheral vertigo. BPPV is self Limiting condition, it may last from few weeks to few months.

Epley maneuver, is used. Either you can learn it by watching it on you tube or You can see an ENT specialist for this.

Hope this helps.
Take care
