What Causes Upper Back Pain While Coughing And Bending?

Question: Ok, what could this be? Dull pain center upper back, cold symptoms, more painful when coughing or sneezing, also more painful when bending over and reaching for something, and maybe a little harder to breathe when bending over.

It often starts with cold like symptoms. The location of this pain, more painful when breathing and the notion of breathing difficult makes this more likely, Typically, this is treated using antibiotics. Unfortunately, you will need to talk to your doctor for confirmation of this diagnosis by doing an x-ray and providing a script for the antibiotics. I will also suggest that you take tylenol for pains relief.
