Has this ever happened before? Was it a hot shower? Are you having any pain, or anxiety? Did you use any different soaps? Did you exert yourself in the shower?

Sometimes a hot shower can open up the pores and lead to increased sweating. In any event this is probably normal and nothing to worry about.

Detailed Answer:
Do you have any history of a heart or lung condition? This could be somatic symptoms of anxiety, or vasospasm related to the shower causing alternating sweating and chills. If these symptoms do not improve in a couple of hours I would visit an emergency room for a physical exam, which we cannot conduct on this website.

I had atrial fibrilation and had 2 abaltions but it hasnt came back. And high blood pressure i even sweat at night with a fan blowing on me. I have to stay over half out of the covers. And before they discovered the a-fib they kept saying i had anxiety. But i dont know why i would be anxious now .

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for the additional medical history. It's possible the sweating could be related to a spike in blood pressure. But I would guess that it is actually just a bodily manifestation of anxiety. Anxiety can come out of nowhere, it doesn't have to have a specific trigger. Why were you told you had anxiety before? If you want to go into more detail, ask me at my direct link:
