Brief Answer:
Several conditions may result in such symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Conditions that may cause such symptoms include transient ischemic attacks, Arnold-Chiari malformation, low vitamin B12 in blood, electrolytes imbalance, anxiety and stress disorder.

So, it is necessary to get evaluated first by your primary care Doctor, who can narrow the possible conditions after examining you, and can order necessary tests and consultations in order to achieve a correct diagnosis.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
