Brief Answer:
Further tests are needed...

Detailed Answer:
Hi there XXXXXXX

I have gone through your medical history carefully. I am happy that your recent colonoscopy was normal.

To my impression, it might be anal incontinence (early stages). I recommend to run anal manometry to evaluate the status of anal sphincter.

I also suggest to do rectal endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) to evaluate the structure around annus.

Depending on the tests results, specific treatment will be advised.

Hope it was of help! Do write me back if you need further clarifications!
