Brief Answer:
These symptoms are seen in primary headaches like migraine.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic

I am Dr Dadapeer k an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.
I reviewed your history.

It seems from the history that you are having twitching of right eye, tingling of right jaw and headache on right side.

These symptoms usually indicate primary headaches like migraine.
These symptoms are not related to stroke.

You can take analgesic tablets like Aceclofenac and if the symptoms are recurrent then you need to consult your doctor to start prophylactic drugs like flunarizine or beta blockers like propranolol.

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.

Thank you

I have an appointment on monday with Opthalmologist, should I still go and he can prescribe above.they said they will be dialating my eyes.

Also because i am having this happen to me everyday for two weeks,is it safe to assume that Im having a migraine everyday.

Thank you

Brief Answer:
Migraine can occur daily but the diagnosis needs to be confirmed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the follow up question.

Migraine can occur daily.
Your ophthalmologist will do examination to rule out refractive errors and do fundoscopy to rule out neurological causes.

You can take any of the analgesic tablets like aceclofenac for pain relief.
If the diagnosis of migraine is confirmed then your doctor will prescribe other tablets like flunarizine.

Hence I advice you to consult your ophthalmologist for examination to rule out eye conditions.

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.
